How Hoff works.
Quotes are free, itemised and in writing before anything starts. You get an arrival window and a message when Hoff is on the way. Drop sheets go down, the mess gets cleaned up, and the job is walked through with you before he leaves.
Electrical work comes with the Certificate of Testing and Compliance the law requires, and equipment carries its manufacturer warranty. On air-conditioning, Hoff usually recommends Mitsubishi Electric or Daikin, and will quote budget options where that suits the situation better. If something is not right with work he has done, he comes back and sorts it.
Weekdays 7am to 4pm. Hoff is not a 24-hour emergency service. If there is immediate danger, turn the power off at the main if it is safe to do so and call 000.
